Visiting Professor

As part of our International Competitiveness Seminar, on October 3^rd the FIA International and Executive MBAs received  Dr. Tomasz Lenartowicz,  for a session on Cross Cultural Management.  

Dr. Lenartowicz is Associate Professor of International Business at the Barry Kaye College of Business at Florida Atlantic University, in the USA.  His research interests are cross-cultural studies in international business, emerging markets and retailing productivity.  He has published in Journal of International Business Studies, Management International Review, Journal of World Business, International Journal of Emerging Markets and Journal of Retailing.  Before joining the academy, Dr. Lenartowicz worked for almost 20 years in several different multinational companies, having acquired an expressive experience in international management and marketing.  In his session on the Competitiveness of  U.S. Managers in the Global Economy, Dr Lenartowicz presented valuable insights, practical examples  and cases on how managers in general must increase their global capabilities and how US managers must strive to improve their  cross cultural competences.
