As part of our International Competitiveness Seminar, on April and September 2009, the FIA International and Executive MBAs received  Dr. Roger Volkema  for a session on Negotiation Styles.

Roger Volkema is Associate Professor of Management at the Kogod School of Business, American University, Washington, D.C.  He has taught courses on negotiation, conflict management, teambuilding, the consultancy process, and organizational behavior at the University of Wisconsin, George Washington University, and American University.  He has offered workshops, seminars, and executive training on negotiation, international negotiation, conflict management, and personality types (MBTI) to all levels of management in the public and private sectors in the United States, Australia, Brazil, and Chile.
