Behrens’s work Culture & Management in the Americas. Stanford, CA: Stanford University Press. 363 pages… never gives the reader a list of “silver bullets” ready for use as many of us might expect to find in much of the literature on management. Behrens … waits for readers to absorb the wealth of information on the cultures of the Americas and to come to their own realization that they need to acknowledge their own paradigm and start to look for new and innovative ways to leverage the potential waiting to be released in Latin America.
Behrens’s work … helps the reader to do just that. It opens up the rich context and history of the cultures of Latin America, allowing the reader to see the potential that may lie where before was seen only confusion. Link to the book http://bit.ly/4Zx0Tl
